Hey y'all. Today I want to talk about some of my favorite vegan options in Cincinnati.

I'm just a girl with a hundred allergies - one of them being eggs - so I know a thing or two about vegan Cincinnati. Plus side to the egg allergy? I can verify that no cross contamination has happened (a blessing and a curse).

Number 1 on my list is Happy Chicks Bakery. With an array of quick snacks and an amazing selection of cupcakes and other sweet treats, this is my go to for cupcakes and ordering cakes for my big occasions. Both my wedding and graduation cakes were from Happy Chicks and there was not a crumb left! It's so good that non-vegans can't tell the difference.

Next up is another Northside treasure - Melt Revival. Melt is a delicious blend of vegan and non vegan food, with options for everyone. Their cupcakes are also super delicious and completely vegan. When seated inside, you get a table marker with one of many icons - Dolly Parton, Elvira, RuPaul, you name it. My personal favorites are the vegetarian three way and the vegan cheesesteak.

With three locations, Sleepy Bee Cafe is by far the most popular of the restaurants in this list. Each Sleepy Bee location has its own distinct vibe, and all three are always packed, so be sure to check in online. The wait is well worth it - the sweet potato soup is fantastic.

I couldn't talk about Cincinnatiwithout mentioning Cafe Alma. The challah and hummus is delicious and everything is freshly made. The curried apple Quinto salad is my go to for a sweet and refreshing lunch. Cafe Alma is mainly a breakfast/brunch place, so make this an early stop on your itinerary.

If you're a Cincinnati native or ever find yourself in the city, check these places out! Cincinnati has so much to offer and being vegan here is so easy.

Thanks for reading!
