Best Body Scrubs 2024

The amount of crusty skin I exfoliate off of me is astronomical. Here's what body scrubs I use to shed my skin like a snake.

1. Sol de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub

Listen, I will literally buy any product from Sol de Janeiro. I love this scrub's thickness and scent. It doesn't leave a grainy feeling like other scrubs do. While I'm not a fan of the beach, I love how this looks like sun kissed sand. I'm a sucker for branding.

This scrub is thick, so when you use it, you do need to use a little bit of force. It's drier than others on this list, so it doesn't immediately fall out of your hand if you aren't careful.

2. Tree Hut - Shea Sugar Scrub

This scrub smells amazing. It's so sweet and best of all, it's pink! Well, a reddish-pink but still pink. This scrub feels nice and leaves a strong strawberry scent behind once you rinse it off. It is a little on the watery side, so be careful when you scoop it out of the tub so that it doesn't fall down the shower drain immediately.

3. First Aid Beauty - KP Bump Eraser

This scrub is the only squeeze tube scrub I've used. It's less of an all over exfoliant and more of a solution for a specific problem. If you ever get those little bumps on your skin (aka Keratosis pilaris), then this scrub is a great tool to keep your skin smooth. I get KP bumps on the upper thighs and this has smoothed them out considerably since I started using it a few months ago. Plus, it smells like strawberries!

4. LUSH - Rub Rub Rub

This is a scrub I used to use all the time. Like, way too much. It smells sweet the vibrant blue is such a fun color to dig your fingers into and rub all of your dead skin off with. The scent is fairly strong, but it's not bad, so by the time you rinse it off, you're left with smooth skin that smells like a vacation.

Remember to always put lotion on after you exfoliate to lock in moisture to keep your freshly smooth skin soft and plush!
