Forest Ink

Today, it’s all about Forest Ink. Forest Ink is a brand that I really truly do love. Their pieces are pricy - but they're all made to order and super high quality, so well worth it. I stumbled upon them like i do many things; Instagram reels. For a long time i thought about purchasing but didn't because the only people i had seen on the ads were thin or medium sized. I went on their site one day that there were some sales going on and saw that they have up to 4x. That's on me for pre-judging, lol.

Being a fat girl (yeah, I'm fat, don't try and do the whole 'oh, but you're so pretty' thing. I know I'm gorgeous. I can be two things at the same time) I don't often come across cute clothing made for specific subcultures, especially not the plus size goth girls, so I decided to go ahead and order a dress and a swimsuit. I'm also currently a member of their quarterly subscription box - pretty good deal for the money. I get two pieces of clothing, a pair of fun socks, and sometimes a little accessory. I really like everything I've gotten.

The Plus Size Goth Goods

The package came in these compostable zippered pouches, which I really liked. They smelled clean - not like that factory smell that clothes you get online from factories. I bought the Cascade swimsuit and the Raven mini dress, of which I don't think they make any more.

The Results

Ok, I wasn't expecting these things to fit. I've been disappointed in past purchases. But, girl, this is the real deal. This brand's clothing is super well made, very durable, and super soft. Here are some pics of me in the swimsuit and dress! The swimsuit is a little tricky to get it on correctly, but it doesn't really budge. I'm a pretty strong swimmer so I was putting it to work and it didn't move and nothing popped out.
